And speaking of spunk, our hibiscus continues to bloom, although the flowers are a little smaller than in the summer. But considering it's a tropical plant, I think it's doing quite well. Perhaps it inspired (challenged) the rhododendron.

Our rhododendron is blooming! I don't think it's confused about the seasons, since we have certainly been experiencing fall weather. But it is blooming, nonetheless. And I'm not only enjoying it, but I appreciate its spunk!
And speaking of spunk, our hibiscus continues to bloom, although the flowers are a little smaller than in the summer. But considering it's a tropical plant, I think it's doing quite well. Perhaps it inspired (challenged) the rhododendron.
